Senior Recruiter - Remote HR Partner Role
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our expanding HR team. This Senior Recruiter remote role offers an exciting opportunity to directly influence hiring decisions and work closely with leadership. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, focusing on administrative roles across Ukraine and the EU.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete recruitment process for administrative positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Utilize direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, databases, and referrals to find top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and management styles, acting as a filter and navigator through the candidate market.
- Develop clear job descriptions tailored to specific roles and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Screen and select effective agencies, ensuring only relevant candidates are presented to hiring managers.
- Provide HR support to new employees, including onboarding and one-on-one sessions during their adaptation period (30/60/90 days).
- Collect feedback and identify potential issues early in the onboarding process.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in mass hiring.
- Ability to manage vacancies end-to-end and work autonomously.
- Experience collaborating with recruitment agencies.
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate motivation.
- Structured thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with HR technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of labor market trends in Ukraine and the EU.
