Senior Quant Trader - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quant Trader to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This Senior Quant Trader remote position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in quantitative trading and contribute to our innovative trading strategies. You will monitor and manage risk during your local time zone, including weekend shifts, while conducting research, pricing, and execution to facilitate hedging using our automated trading infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage trading risks effectively, ensuring compliance with our trading strategies.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to improve existing trading strategies and develop new ones.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for profitable trading.
• Perform post-trade analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies.
• Collaborate with quant developers to implement trading strategies and system features.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative analytical field.
• 5+ years of profitable trading experience on a leading trading desk in a bank, proprietary trading, or market-making environment.
• Demonstrable experience in successfully building and managing trades.
• Familiarity with Python and a keen interest in expanding your technical skillset.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptive, and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with artificial intelligence tools in trading.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
• Previous experience in the Web3 or crypto trading space.
