Senior Product Manager - Remote Opportunities in Japan

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Japan. This remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while contributing to innovative projects that leverage AI, IoT, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of user challenges.
• Generate ideas to improve customer experience and expand market share.
• Create Market Requirement Documents (MRDs), define product roadmaps, design UI/UX, and develop prototypes.
• Drive technical architecture decisions, evaluate features, and lead continuous improvements.
• Optimize product development processes and contribute to organizational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 3+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Experience with startups or user-facing products is a plus.
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with a strong “Get Things Done” mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI, IoT, or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
