Splice is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer - Growth to join our dynamic team. This Senior Product Designer remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA, contributing to innovative design solutions that drive user engagement and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and create exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process for growth initiatives, focusing on user experience and interface design.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
