Senior Product Designer - Core UX & Mobile Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer - Core UX & Mobile Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape user experiences for our mobile applications and core UX initiatives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our product design and ensure that our solutions are user-centered and accessible.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for mobile applications, focusing on user experience and interface design.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX and mobile design.
• Work remotely with a distributed team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in B2B SaaS products is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience in designing for AI-native solutions.
• Knowledge of design systems and their implementation.
