About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team at PandaDoc. In this remote role, you will focus on the Core UX & Mobile area, shaping the foundational experience for our users across both mobile and web platforms. This position is crucial for defining core patterns and architecture that other teams will build upon, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across our product.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design of the overall information architecture of the application, ensuring clarity and seamless navigation.
  • Develop cross-platform foundations that create consistent and scalable experience patterns for both web and mobile.
  • Establish core experience patterns that serve as a reusable framework for other teams.
  • Collaborate with the design system team to ensure scalability and technical feasibility of design solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end design processes, from user research to implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and refine design hypotheses.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback and research findings to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Promote usability and accessibility principles to create intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems.
  • Proven track record in designing sophisticated software products that prioritize user experience.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level), with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design issues.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in document lifecycle management software.
  • Familiarity with front-end and AI technologies.
