About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior PPC Specialist remote to join our dynamic marketing team at INSIDEA. As a fully remote organization, we hire top talents from across the globe to deliver exceptional digital marketing solutions. The Senior PPC Specialist remote will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our pay-per-click media strategies to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns, creating ad copy, banners, and other creatives that align with campaign goals.
  • Set up and manage ad groups, bids, and budgets to achieve desired performance metrics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Utilize PPC tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio) to manage and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
