Senior Penetration Tester - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will play a critical role in enhancing our client's security posture through comprehensive testing and analysis. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading B2B distributor undergoing a significant digital transformation.

What You'll Do

• Conduct penetration testing across web applications, APIs, mobile platforms, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Develop and validate exploits to assess vulnerabilities and provide actionable remediation guidance.
• Engage in threat modeling and design scoped tests to ensure thorough evaluation of security measures.
• Prepare clear and concise reports for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver a full pentest report with validated findings and an executive summary highlighting key risks.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide guidance for remediation and follow-up testing.
• Optionally integrate penetration testing into CI/CD or continuous testing cycles to enhance security workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in offensive security, with a strong focus on penetration testing.
• Deep technical knowledge of OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK frameworks, and modern security tooling.
• Experience working in enterprise environments, with OSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate risks to senior stakeholders and translate technical findings into business-aligned decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various functions.

• Experience in integrating security testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
