About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Customer Success Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Payroll Customer Success Manager, you will leverage your expertise in payroll management and customer success to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Manage client onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our payroll solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to optimize payroll processes.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that arise, ensuring a high level of customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and ensure they are maximizing the value of our services.
- Lead projects aimed at improving customer success metrics and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll management and customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management, preferably in payroll or HR tech.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Experience with project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with payroll software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
