Senior Operations Controller - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Controller to join our dynamic team at Versuni. This Operations Controller remote position is pivotal in supporting our global Operations organization. You will be instrumental in achieving financial and operational objectives through world-class budgeting, planning, reporting, and forward-looking performance analysis. Collaborating with various departments including Factories, OEMs, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Group Finance, you will drive transparency and enhance our end-to-end operational performance.

What You'll Do

• Own the planning & control cycle for Operations, including AOP, forecasting, and monthly outlook.
• Shape Integrated Business Planning across Operations in alignment with Group FP&A.
• Drive standardized performance management across factories, OEMs, and warehousing.
• Enhance efficiency and quality of forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Lead Operations Controlling submissions and ensure system alignment with SAC or equivalent.
• Create a holistic view of COGS drivers and lead monthly COGS insights for Markets and Categories.
• Act as a finance business partner for strategic operational initiatives, strengthening collaboration across teams.
• Support the Operations Controlling transformation roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CMA/CFA preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant Finance experience, ideally in Operations Controlling or Cost Accounting.
• Expertise in SAP S4, SAC, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cost accounting, plant controlling, or supply chain controlling.
• Strong FP&A capabilities, including modeling and forward-looking analytics.
