About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, high-output Senior/Middle Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team at Vast Ventures. This Senior/Middle Full Stack Engineer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on our internal operational platform, Sylvaris.app, while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere in the Philippines.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and scale our tech stack using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Turn prototypes into robust, production-ready systems that enhance our woodworking operations.
  • Bridge the gap between physical woodworking operations and digital efficiency.
  • Test your own code to ensure quality before deployment.
  • Provide proactive reporting and updates on your progress and any blockers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Full-Stack experience with expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Exceptional self-organization skills and a "No-Drama" attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work during the “Midshift” (UK Daytime).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Replit Ghostwriter.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or serverless architecture.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design thinking.
  • Previous experience in startups or fast-moving product teams.
