About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent & People Operations - Remote to lead our dynamic team in enhancing our talent acquisition and people management strategies. What You'll Do
- Oversee the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) principles within the organization.
- Develop and manage HR systems and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues and best practices.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent management or people operations, with a focus on remote work environments.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and employee lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements and automation in HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in HR.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques to attract diverse talent.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting DEIJ initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience in project management within HR contexts.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR processes.
- Background in accounting or financial management related to HR operations.
