About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Engagement & Enablement to join our team at Transport for NSW. This Senior Manager - Engagement & Enablement remote position is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a vision for impactful organizational change and is ready to lead initiatives that foster public trust and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Guide the five-year engagement plan and drive cultural change in records and information management.
  • Lead a team of 11 across four sub-teams focused on outreach, communication, capability uplift, and complex service requests.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and shape best practices to enhance information management understanding across the organization.
  • Provide strategic leadership to uplift capability across Transport.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and engagement strategies are implemented.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in organizational engagement and enablement.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple teams and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in information management, organizational development, or related fields.
  • Experience handling complex service and governance issues with practical judgment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in public sector or transport industries.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk awareness, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and flexible work options.
