About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful Senior IT Administrator remote to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IT Administrator remote, you will be responsible for maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. This is a fully remote role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and integrity; conduct regular backups and updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation including user guides and procedures.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends to advise on potential improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and applications.
  • Device management (Mosyle Fuse, Jamf Pro, Google MDM) for laptops (Macs) and mobile devices.
  • Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Access management to our SaaS tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, Figma, etc).
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Bonus: Working knowledge of AccessOwl or similar systems (e.g. Okta).
