About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Mullings Group. This role offers the opportunity to lead a growing HR team and support various HR functions, including compensation analysis, HR analytics, and performance management. As a Senior Human Resources Manager remote, you will play a vital role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee HR functions and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion a culture of engagement.
  • Utilize HR analytics to support strategic decision-making and enhance employee experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of ten years of progressive HR experience in strategic and operational roles.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPHR designation is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise HRIS systems, particularly Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and change management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in multi-site or multi-subsidiary organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in building HR metrics.
