About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Royal Schiphol Group. This remote position allows you to contribute to our mission of making travel safe and responsible. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will leverage your unique talents to address the needs of our technical professionals and project-driven teams. You will play a crucial role in translating HR challenges into technical and operational contexts, ensuring that our workforce is aligned with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR guidance and support.
  • Translate HR issues into actionable plans within a technical and operational framework.
  • Oversee HR initiatives related to recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including absenteeism guidance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed HBO or WO degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HR consulting.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a technical/infrastructure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic organization with technical professionals.
