About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Global Commercial Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the HR strategy for our global commercial operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to the CRO and leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives, leveraging data-driven coaching to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and practices that foster a high-performance culture across the organization.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives that promote accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of strategic HR practices, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
- Experience in data-driven coaching and employee relations.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks related to HR, including commercial law and GDPR.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the SaaS industry or FMCG sectors.
- Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
- Fluency in additional languages.
