Senior Growth Leader - Remote Position at Fello
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Growth Leader to join our team at Fello, a profitable, hyper-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS company. As a Senior Growth Leader remote, you will be at the forefront of our growth execution system, ensuring that our integrated campaigns and lifecycle marketing work together to drive pipeline, revenue, and customer expansion.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the integrated growth strategy across lifecycle and ABM motions, prioritizing initiatives based on ICP-driven pipeline and demo targets.
- Set quarterly and monthly growth priorities, making explicit tradeoffs between current and future initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional campaign planning, ensuring high-quality execution across all channels.
- Own the end-to-end TOFU → BOFU strategy, defining how prospects move through the funnel to improve conversion quality.
- Manage growth KPIs, running weekly reviews and making data-backed decisions to optimize initiatives.
- Directly manage the growth team, empowering them through strong prioritization and decision-making frameworks.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to set priorities and make tradeoffs to protect focus and impact.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating pipeline-driving growth systems.
- Strong communication skills and an adaptive, collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling a company from approximately $20 - $50M+ ARR.
- Background in B2B PropTech, Real Estate, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
