About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at DEVILS, the largest media buying company in Eastern Europe specializing in affiliate marketing. This Senior Graphic Designer remote position offers the opportunity to create innovative visual concepts and leverage AI tools to enhance our creative output.

What You'll Do

  • Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for brands and advertising campaigns.
  • Create design materials for digital and offline media including banners, social media posts, presentations, packaging, and POS materials.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards for final designs.
  • Utilize AI tools for concept generation, creative variations, process automation, and A/B testing approaches.
  • Participate in shaping visual strategies and analyzing the effectiveness of creative outputs.
  • Monitor design trends and digital environments, analyzing market practices and competitive landscapes to implement relevant visual solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating visuals and motion graphics for social media.
  • Ability to design and visualize corporate merchandise.
  • Collaborate closely with PR/SMM and branding teams.
  • Adhere to brand books while generating new ideas.
  • Stay updated on visual trends and integrate them into projects.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with animation and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and brand positioning.
