About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Design & Video Supervisor - Remote to join Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and the experiences we offer.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging content in various formats for different channels, including paid media, organic social media, and print.
• Conceptualize and develop brand identities for Fever Originals and partner events.
• Modify content based on internal and client feedback to ensure alignment with our marketing strategy.
• Utilize storytelling skills to bring content to life through scripts and storyboards.
• Edit and produce high-end video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design and execute motion graphics and animations that enhance brand storytelling.
• Pitch and present creative ideas and solutions to briefs.
• Research new content formats and tools to elevate the creative team's output.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video production.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media formats.
• Proficient in video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience in an agency environment and familiarity with client interactions.
• Ability to manage small teams is a plus.
• Culturally sensitive with a keen eye for design trends.
• Portfolio required showcasing relevant work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with generative video.
• Knowledge of 3D or spatial and retail design.
