About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Golang Developer (remote) to join our innovative team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will work on a non-custodial wallet that provides access to a comprehensive suite of DeFi services. You will be instrumental in developing features such as crypto asset transactions, swaps, bridging, purchasing, NFTs, and more. This position offers the opportunity to work with over 40 chains and 2000+ tokens, making it a pivotal role in our mission to enhance the DeFi ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain a secure and scalable backend system to support millions of global users.
  • Implement high-quality coding standards to ensure systems are readable, stable, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, mobile developers, QA, PMs, and Product Owners.
  • Conduct technical research and propose improvements to our tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
  • Participate in code reviews and regular sharing sessions to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze requirements and solve complex problems across the tech stack.
  • Continuously improve the development process and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Golang development, with a strong focus on performance optimization and debugging.
  • Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of blockchain technologies, including EVM, BTC, Solana, Cosmos, and Sui chains.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with a preference for candidates who have worked in multicultural teams.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive working attitude.
  • Web 3.0 and blockchain domain knowledge or relevant side project experience is a plus.

  • Experience with AI tools for content analysis and recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team dynamics.
