Senior FX Sales Executive - Remote Position at Bitso
About the Role
Join Bitso as a Senior FX Sales Executive and take the lead in driving our growth strategy in the cryptocurrency market. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while being at the forefront of our mission to make crypto useful and accessible. As a Senior FX Sales Executive, you will engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and leverage our unique selling propositions to win new business.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our USP to win new business.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
- Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
- Manage the 360 sales cycle, from opening to closing new business.
- Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using Hubspot to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process.
- Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
- Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved and customers have an exceptional experience.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a sales position, with at least 3 years in selling cross-border payments solutions, FX, or remittances.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of Forex products such as spot, forwards, options, and cross-currency swaps.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
