About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at CompassX. This remote position allows you to leverage your skills in React, Go, and TypeScript to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our projects and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs in Go.
• Optimize full-stack performance and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions with clean, well-documented code.
• Lead design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Deploy and monitor cloud-native applications on AWS using Kubernetes.
• Mentor and support junior developers on technical design and implementation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, design reviews, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in React, Go, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
