About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Commence. As a Full Stack Software Engineer remote, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare through technology. You will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that improve patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies including .NET, React, Bootstrap, Python, PHP (Laravel), and C#.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless interaction between frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design, configure, and deploy serverless applications and cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
- Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical applications at scale.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Full Stack Software Engineer remote roles.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
- Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks, particularly React and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing serverless applications in AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git-based).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with document management systems and OCR technologies.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
