We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails) remote to join our innovative team at Dexory. What You'll Do

• Design, architect, and implement user-facing web applications that enhance customer experience.
• Lead the web applications team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and a sustainable work pace.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to define a technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Build applications with a focus on accessibility, compatibility, and performance.
• Document systems for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Grow the web applications team as our customer base expands, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a senior or lead-level engineer.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails for backend development.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend applications.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experience working collaboratively with product teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Flexibility in adopting new technologies and frameworks as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the logistics or warehousing industry.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
