Senior Frontend Software Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team at LogicGate. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of our Risk Cloud platform, utilizing your expertise in modern frontend technologies. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, ensuring our software meets the evolving needs of enterprises.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and development of features for our Risk Cloud platform.
• Utilize Angular, TypeScript, and other leading frontend tools to build a market-leading product.
• Write tests and review code to facilitate an efficient development cycle and prevent bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to iterate on feature work.
• Optimize the frontend application for speed, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong expertise in developing web applications with modern frontend frameworks.
• Understanding of best practices and competency in one or more modern languages.
• Desire to grow as a leader, architect, and coder within a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to produce clear documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with backend technologies such as Spring Boot, Java, or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure tools like AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit, Karma, or Cypress.
