Senior Experience/​Product Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Experience/Product Designer to join our innovative team at Braintrust. This remote opportunity allows you to design, optimize, and deliver best-in-class digital experiences while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. As a Senior Experience/Product Designer, you will work from a holistic perspective, applying a broad range of product design capabilities across user experience and visual design.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver advanced experience design deliverables, including information architectures, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to create exemplary digital experiences across web, mobile web, and native apps.
• Conduct evaluative testing and usability studies to enhance customer journeys and benchmark existing product experiences.
• Mentor and support other designers while actively participating in design critiques.
• Manage multiple complex projects, providing status updates and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry design experience as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer.
• Extensive experience designing multi-channel consumer-facing apps and responsive websites.
• Expert understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies such as Lean UX and Agile.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to ship customer-facing digital products.
• Experience with design systems and brand guidelines.
