About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Executive for PDI Operations Management to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will develop world-class skills and thrive within a highly supportive team, contributing to a global business that is transforming the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and supervisors to achieve monthly production and delivery targets.
  • Manage day-to-day workshop safety and coach the team on best practices.
  • Ensure contractors comply with agreed service standards.
  • Assist with preparation and submission of daily/monthly reports to internal departments and the Principal.
  • Maintain high quality and well-prepared vehicles for delivery.
  • Prepare Dealer Field Reports (DFRs) for submission to the Technical Department as needed.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as issuing workshop Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and invoices.
  • Monitor and control workshop expenses to stay within budget.
  • Coordinate with back-end PDI staff and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate Principal-driven audits and activities.
  • Monitor, follow-up, and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
  • Lead a team of delivery consultants to ensure smooth vehicle handovers and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PDI, workshop operations, or automotive operations.
  • Able to lead and supervise a team of technicians and contractors.
  • Strong awareness of workplace safety and EHS requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as reports and purchase orders.
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with procurement systems is an advantage.
  • Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is mandatory.

  • Experience handling customer feedback and supporting issue resolution.
  • Exposure to workshop systems like COUPA.
