What You'll Do

• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage events effectively.
• Supervise a diverse team of over 20 staff members across various responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in an executive leadership role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong knowledge of computer and technology systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel internationally and regularly, with travel expenses covered by the employer.
