Senior E-Commerce Growth Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior E-Commerce Growth Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in e-commerce and performance marketing to drive growth strategies for our clients. You will work closely with founders and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance client performance and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for e-commerce clients.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Utilize tools such as Shopify, Meta Business Manager, and various email platforms to execute marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Provide consultative support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to empower clients with best practices in digital commerce.
• Foster open communication and collaboration within a distributed workforce environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce growth consulting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, KPI analysis, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with social media marketing and project management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple projects.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving client objectives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile marketing and app store optimization (ASO).
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Knowledge of international HRIS and distributed workforce solutions.
