About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Consulting Operations to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting operations or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of PSA systems and resource management principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling abilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in healthcare consulting or management consulting is a plus.
