About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Community Engagement to lead our nonprofit efforts in community outreach and engagement. This Senior Director of Community Engagement remote position is crucial for enhancing our partnerships and improving client outcomes across various ministries.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership and accountability for community engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee agency-wide signature drives and seasonal initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with community partners, schools, and civic organizations.
  • Lead the Continuum of Care Team, promoting shared learning and problem-solving.
  • Manage the Disaster Recovery Ministry, aligning with national best practices.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve communication and operational clarity.
  • Support HubSpot data management to enhance reporting accuracy and campaign targeting.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management or community engagement.
  • 4-10 years of senior management experience in a nonprofit setting.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with disaster recovery or community service programs.
  • Familiarity with data management systems like HubSpot.
  • Strong facilitation skills for team collaboration.
