About the Role

What You'll Do
- Design and implement efficient blockchain address clustering algorithms that support multi-chain and cross-chain analysis.
- Develop risk scoring and behavior recognition models to enhance address and entity risk assessment.
- Build anomaly detection systems to identify scams, mixers, and other illicit activities.
- Monitor algorithm performance, ensuring low false positive rates and continuously optimizing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and apply cutting-edge technologies to improve algorithms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of applied data science experience in blockchain analytics, fintech, or cybersecurity.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with blockchain data structures and UTXO/EVM models preferred.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and data analysis.
- Exposure to applying large language models (LLMs) to enrich on-chain intelligence interpretability.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers to operationalize data models at scale.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
Nice to Have
- Authored or co-authored research in areas such as graph learning, entity resolution, or crypto-economics.
- Prior experience at blockchain intelligence firms (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs, Nansen).
- Delivered AI research or open-source contributions integrating LLMs with blockchain analytics.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT compliance, DeFi security, or protocol-level modeling.
