About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect - Healthcare (Remote) to join our established healthcare client. This is an exciting opportunity to design and develop innovative data architecture and data warehouses in a fully remote environment. As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the data landscape of our healthcare client, ensuring that data is effectively managed and utilized.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop new data architecture and data warehouses tailored for the healthcare industry.
  • Engage in full-lifecycle data warehouse design and development, with approximately 20% of your role focused on design, solutions, and functional documentation.
  • Implement ETL/ELT processes and pipelines, ensuring efficient data ingestion and processing.
  • Utilize cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Python, Azure, and GCP to optimize data management and governance.
  • Guide the team on cloud best practices and CI/CD processes, including using GitHub for production deployment.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure data governance and security measures are in place.
  • Provide expertise in Master Data Management and data warehouse best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data ingestion techniques.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly GCP and Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, especially in a Snowflake environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance regulations.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools.
