Senior Cyber Security Manager - U.S. Government

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Manager to join our team within the U.S. government. This role is crucial for managing the command Security Program and ensuring the integrity of our cyber operations. As a Senior Cyber Security Manager, you will provide policy guidance, technical advice, and oversight to enhance our security measures. This position is not remote and is based in the United States.

What You'll Do

• Exercise fully delegated authority to manage the command Security Program.
• Assess and provide technical advice on military and civilian personnel management policies.
• Review and support the execution of Internal Control Systems and develop training programs.
• Interpret and clarify division policy, resolving operational problems effectively.
• Provide oversight for funding requirements and recommend funding priorities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience managing resources in areas such as budgets, training, and security programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Experience in overseeing personnel management and logistics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Cyber Excepted Service.
• Knowledge of federal employment policies.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
