Senior Creative Designer - eLearning (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Creative Designer - eLearning (Remote) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your design skills to create engaging digital learning experiences that captivate and educate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform instructional concepts into visually stunning content that enhances the learner experience.

What You'll Do

• Design creative assets for eLearning and digital learning, including WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, infographics, and microlearning modules.
• Develop instructional videos with audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and branded visuals.
• Create immersive content using 360° images and AR/VR-ready layouts.
• Build custom templates in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 that meet brand and accessibility standards.
• Utilize AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Midjourney to enhance creativity and streamline production.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Instructional Designers to ensure alignment with learning goals.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality design standards and attention to detail.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with technical requirements such as SCORM and LMS compatibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in digital media, eLearning, or multimedia production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and other design tools.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and responsive design principles.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience with gamification and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with avatar-based video production tools.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or motion design.
