We are seeking a Senior Counsel - Remote to join our legal team at Pacific Specialty Insurance. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance law or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in litigation management and trial advocacy.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in contract drafting and review.

  • Previous experience in insurance defense.
