Senior Business Intelligence Developer/​Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications company, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions and data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Utilize advanced data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to extract valuable insights.
• Gather and organize data from various internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential business metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct thorough analyses of the company's current performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
• Provide valuable inputs for strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Facilitate seamless coordination among different departments by fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data modeling/analysis, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for dashboard development (such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with statistical testing, modeling, forecasting, and project management principles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
