About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager - Global Sales (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Paxos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of our stablecoin, tokenized assets, and crypto brokerage lines. As a leader in business development, you will originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that will help reshape the financial landscape.

What You'll Do

• Originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that enhance our offerings in stablecoins and tokenized assets.
• Drive commercialization efforts from 0 to 1, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Develop a comprehensive go-to-market plan for banks and financial institutions, setting clear goals and timelines.
• Immerse yourself in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, utilizing our regulation-first approach to navigate complex environments.
• Build trust and simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders, driving decisions that align with our strategic vision.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within fintech or digital assets.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-party deals with financial institutions.
• Experience in taking new crypto products from concept to market with effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in stablecoins, tokenization, and money-movement economics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in navigating regulatory environments and conducting compliance reviews.
• Strong executive presence and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous contexts.
• Prior experience in a blockchain or cryptocurrency-focused organization.
