About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our remote team at ModeSens. As a Senior Brand Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in defining and building our brand within a new category, ensuring that ModeSens stands out as a leader in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Refine ModeSens’ brand strategy and positioning as the category leader in the purchase assistant space.
  • Articulate the category narrative, including terminology and competitive differentiation.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable frameworks and guidelines for execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints, including web, app, and social media.
  • Lead the brand content strategy to support ModeSens’ positioning and oversee high-impact content development.
  • Manage PR strategies and relationships with media partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Act as the brand steward, identifying gaps and driving alignment across all channels.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in brand management or strategic marketing.
  • Proven track record in defining or scaling a brand in a new or emerging category.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
  • Excellent storytelling and messaging skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in consumer-facing startups is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing and SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Knowledge of the retail apparel and fashion industry.
