Senior Advanced Project Engineer - Aerospace Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Advanced Project Engineer remote to manage EPIC programs in IFS COE, Bangalore. This role requires you to work with global stakeholders and manage the overall program cost, schedule, technical risks, and dependencies. As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer remote, you will lead the program to meet design goals, define prioritization of work packages, and drive overall program performance.

What You'll Do

• Apply sound program/project management practices aligned to managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across locations.
• Create a robust Management Operating System (MOS) and Communication plan.
• Utilize your strong hands-on experience in the design and development of aerospace products.
• Ensure program execution meets metrics and expectations tied out with IFS management and stakeholders.
• Drive strong Safety & Environment practices and Agile execution.
• Contribute to IFS Execution initiatives targeting cost and cycle time reduction.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, or Avionics Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in avionics functions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects in a multi-site and multi-functional environment.
• Experience with Avionics Displays product lines is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices.
