Security Officer - Remote Position for Hospitality Industry
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer to join our team remotely in the hospitality industry. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and employees. What You'll Do
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property to ensure safety and security.
- Respond to guest calls regarding disturbances and effectively communicate hotel policies.
- Assist in the eviction of unruly guests, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Complete and distribute daily security reports to management.
- Cover Night Auditor breaks and assist with guest check-in/check-out as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication.
- Experience in a comparable hotel size and scope preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and resolve conflicts.
- Availability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
