What You'll Do

• Keep the work site clean and free of debris, ensuring a safe environment for all associates.
• Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices, working independently or as part of a team.
• Engage positively with customers and delivery personnel, fostering strong relationships.
• Manage assigned areas to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Lift and carry materials weighing between 25-75 lbs as required.
• Communicate effectively with Site Supervisors and Managers regarding site conditions and suggest improvements.
• Adapt to changing operational needs with a flexible work schedule.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to company standards and timelines.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions.
• Experience in sanitation or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
• Physical capability to handle materials and work in varying temperatures.
