About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative (B2B SaaS Specialist) remote to actively drive our B2B SaaS sales from lead generation to closure. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, persuading, and closing deals flexibly from anywhere. As a Sales Representative remote, you will manage the entire B2B sales funnel in HubSpot, implementing outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct cold outreach, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
  • Present customer-oriented SaaS demos tailored to various industries.
  • Refine messaging and target groups in collaboration with marketing & management.
  • Analyze data and derive actionable insights to increase conversions.
  • Work independently, structured, and results-oriented.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
  • Experience in B2B sales (SDR, Sales Rep, or similar role).
  • Willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • German C2 or native proficiency (mandatory).
  • Knowledge in HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc., is a plus.
  • Stable internet connection for smooth online calls.

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales.
