What You'll Do

• Support the growing sales team by optimizing sales processes and uncovering performance insights.
• Help maintain and improve executive dashboards in Salesforce and Excel.
• Keep Salesforce data clean and actionable for better reporting.
• Assist with lead routing and territory management.
• Build sales enablement resources using Spekit.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Availability for 10-20 hours per week, with potential for a full-time Sales Analyst role after the internship.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with collaborative skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Outreach, LeanData, Qualified, or Spekit is a bonus.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales operations is a plus.
