What You'll Do
- Support the growing sales team by optimizing sales processes and uncovering performance insights.
- Help maintain and improve executive dashboards in Salesforce and Excel.
- Keep Salesforce data clean and actionable for better reporting.
- Assist with lead routing and territory management.
- Build sales enablement resources using Spekit.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Availability for 10-20 hours per week, with potential for a full-time Sales Analyst role after the internship.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with collaborative skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Outreach, LeanData, Qualified, or Spekit is a bonus.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
- Previous experience in sales operations is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analytics tools.
- Understanding of sales enablement strategies.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting.
