About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our remote team at Blockworks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and effectively. As a Sales Operations Associate remote, you will help streamline processes, manage sales data, and collaborate with various teams to drive operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and customer success teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to manage deal desk operations and support contract processes.
- Maintain and update internal systems with accurate account information, contracts, and campaign details.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer success.
- Ensure internal systems are accurate and consistently updated, including CRM and billing platforms.
- Facilitate cross-functional deal reviews and pipeline quality assessments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales operations across all channels.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRMs and revenue tech stacks, including HubSpot, Stripe, and Baremetrics.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented organizations.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading or contributing to GTM tech-stack implementations.
- Significant experience in subscription/SaaS business models.
- Deep knowledge of managing complex operations involving HubSpot, Baremetrics, and Stripe integrations.
