Sales Manager - B2B Payments with Crypto Focus (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Manager with a focus on B2B payments and cryptocurrency to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, provided you are comfortable with the GMT+4 timezone. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving global revenue growth and expanding our client base in the high-risk merchant sector.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive global revenue growth by hunting for new high-risk merchants and expanding existing accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline development to P&L impact.
- Focus on new logo acquisition in sectors such as forex, gambling, and e-commerce.
- Work towards volume and ARR/MRR growth with current clients.
- Oversee end-to-end deal management, ensuring a seamless process from initiation to closure.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian (C1 level, both written and spoken).
- Proven track record in B2B payments, specifically in crypto payments, PSP, EMI, or high-risk acquiring.
- Strong history of closing deals and growing revenue with long-term client ownership.
- Deep knowledge of high-risk underwriting and crypto-fiat rails/on-off ramps.
- A hands-on, fast-moving, and commercially aggressive mindset.
