About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Manager - B2B Payments with Crypto Focus (Remote) to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the world, provided you can operate within the GMT+4 timezone. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving global revenue growth by hunting for new high-risk merchants and expanding our existing book of business.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full-cycle commercial process from pipeline development to P&L impact.
- Focus on new logo acquisition in sectors such as forex, gambling, high-risk, and e-commerce.
- Drive volume and ARR/MRR growth with current clients through effective relationship management.
- Oversee end-to-end deal management to ensure successful closures.
- Utilize your proven B2B payments track record to enhance our market presence.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian (C1 level, both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated experience in B2B payments, particularly in crypto payments, PSP, EMI, and high-risk acquiring.
- Strong history of closing deals and growing revenue with long-term client ownership.
- Deep understanding of high-risk underwriting and crypto-fiat rails/on-off ramps.
- A hands-on, fast-moving, and commercially aggressive mindset is essential.
