About the Role

As a Sales Development Intern, you will dive into the world of sales, learning how to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.
What You'll Do
- Assist with training initiatives for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with experts from various teams to gain insights into key performance metrics and effective enablement strategies.
- Understand how effective enablement translates to measurable improvements in sales processes.
- Gain exposure to diverse aspects of Sales Development, including SaaS sales and customer types.
- Work in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to team projects and initiatives.
- Engage in hands-on experience in a real-world sales setting, preparing you for a potential transition into a full-time SDR role upon graduation.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Decks) to assist with various tasks and projects.
- Strong preference for candidates graduating in Spring 2026.
- Must be able to join us in-office in Austin, TX or Nashville, TN for training and collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and sales processes.
