Sales Coordinator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team at Schumacher Homes. This Sales Coordinator remote position is crucial for developing relationships with our home buyers and setting appointments for our New Home Consultants. You will play a key role in helping customers fulfill their vision of a dream home while enjoying a 36-hour work week that enhances work/life balance.
What You'll Do
- Develop strong relationships with home buyers to facilitate appointments with New Home Consultants.
- Assist customers in making personal selections for their custom homes.
- Coordinate special events, including attendance invitations, RSVP confirmations, and event catering needs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce) efficiently to manage customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required, preferably in new home sales or retail sales.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- Availability to work Saturdays and one late night per week.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the homebuilding industry.
- Knowledge of construction processes and home design.
- Event planning experience.

Who Will Succeed Here
